Vacuum oil purifier machine is developed for various types of professional lubricants, suitable for processing oil complex multi-function filter oil machine, widely used in insulating oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, compressor oil, heat-conducting oil, heavy duty gear oil, frozen oil, etc., can quickly emerge the impurity in the oil, water, gas, emerge light hydrocarbon, acid value, such as ammonia, raising the quality of the oil, and restore the specific performance of the product.

These preparations and inspections shall be made before the use of the vacuum oil purifier:

1. The components of the vacuum oil purifier have been tested before leaving the factory. When transported to the service site, it is necessary to check whether the components are in good condition. Check whether the connecting shaft of the oil pump and the oil pump motor is concentric and loose, and pull the connecting shaft of the oil pump by hand to check whether the shaft is stuck (if so, check the connecting shaft of the oil pump immediately, and use it after correction). Check whether the vacuum pump and the vacuum pump motor belt plate are in a straight line, parallel, whether there is no dislocation, whether the belt tightness is moderate (if this phenomenon should be corrected before use).

2. Pull the equipment to the place suitable for the operation of the equipment. Place the vacuum oil purifier smoothly. The oil inlet is connected to the oil outlet of the unit tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the oil inlet of the unit tank.

3. Power distribution cabinet, oil pump, vacuum pump, heating pipe and wiring position on oil filter machine should be checked to ensure firm connection and reliable insulation.

4. Oil pump motor, vacuum pump motor, test start to observe whether it rotates in the required direction (according to the direction indicated by the arrow), otherwise switch the power to phase sequence. (Reverse rotation will seriously damage the equipment)

5. Properly replenish the same grade of oil to ensure the normal oil level of the oil tank during online oil treatment.

6. The incoming power line should be fixed to prevent electric shock. Confirm whether the power supply has short circuit, three-phase unbalance and missing items.

7. Check the vacuum pump for refueling (oil should be added to the range of the marked liquid level).

8. Duty personnel should pay attention to the oil inlet and outlet and motor operation. It is strictly prohibited to run without phase.
