Ultra high temperature vacuum furnace
The furnace of UHT vacuum furnace is made of high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material with good heat preservation performance. The heating element is high-temperature alloy heating wire. Mechanical properties of UHT vacuum furnace:
In theory, metal materials can be heat treated in UHT vacuum furnace. However, due to technical requirements, processing cost, difficulty of process realization and other reasons, the following materials (workpieces) are not suitable for heat treatment in vacuum furnace. Carbon steel. From the cost point of view, the price of carbon steel is low, and the price of finished products is low, so it is a waste to treat with vacuum furnace. Unless there is no machining allowance for high profit workpieces or workpieces, it is an expedient when the surface quality requirements are severe. Some materials (workpieces) using special processes. For example, in order to obtain good mechanical properties, some workpieces need to obtain bainite, which is usually realized by isothermal quenching, and it is difficult to realize by vacuum heat treatment furnace. For example, T10 Steel requires high hardness and low deformation. Generally, the process of water quenching and oil cooling is realized. Although high hardness can be obtained by high-pressure gas quenching in vacuum furnace, the deformation is relatively large due to the fast cooling rate under MS point. High temperature is sensitive to N element, which is easy to form harmful fruit materials. In order to prevent the alloy elements from volatilizing at high temperature, the vacuum furnace is usually filled with high-purity nitrogen to maintain partial pressure at high temperature, and nitrogen is generally used for cooling. Therefore, this kind of material should not be treated by vacuum furnace.
Main use and application scope of UHT vacuum furnace:
High temperature vacuum furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of electronic components, new materials and powder materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. Also used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, institutions of higher learning and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises electronic ceramic products pre firing, sintering, brazing and other processes. It can realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, can remove the phosphorus chips on the surface of the workpiece, and has the function of degreasing and degassing, so as to achieve the effect of surface bright purification.
Main functions and features of UHT vacuum furnace:
1. The vacuum system is diffusion pump unit: namely diffusion pump + rotary vane vacuum pump. The unit is not suitable to pump out the gas which has corrosive effect on metal and chemical reaction on pump oil. The working environment temperature is 5-40 ℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the cooling water temperature is 25 ℃ + 5 ℃.
2. The limiting vacuum degree is 6.67 × 10-3pa (no load in cold state), the working vacuum degree is 6.67 × 10-2Pa, and the pumping time is about 1.5h.
3. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber, which has good heat preservation performance, durability, high tensile strength and greatly improved service life
4. The heating element adopts high-quality silicon carbide rod, which has stable heating and long service life;
5. The carbon steel shell is equipped with water-cooling system, which can protect the sealing silica gel gasket and accelerate the cooling speed;
6. The furnace door is sealed with 20mm thick wire cut flange, inlaid with O-type silicon rubber ring, and locked with hand wheel;
7. Our software equipment is connected with computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize remote control, real-time tracking, historical record, output report and other functions of single or multiple electric furnaces; it can install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output;
