Single stage vacuum oil filter is mainly used in power plant, substation, power industry, railway, metallurgy and other industrial and mining enterprises, purification of transformer oil, mutual inductance oil, switch oil, circuit breaker oil.
It can effectively remove water, gas, impurities and water-soluble acid in degraded oil and improve its voltage withstand. It is an ideal processing equipment for hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. Two stage vacuum oil filter is widely used in large transformer during installation and maintenance.
Its main function is to purify transformer oil and keep power system dry by providing heating circulating oil.
It can remove water, impurities, free carbon, acid and colloid by vacuum separation, precision filtration, molecular adsorption, vacuum drying and spiral atomization technology. The property of treated transformer oil is even better than that of new oil.
