The function of two-stage vacuum oil filter
The ambient temperature of the two-stage vacuum oil filter should be in the range of -25 ~ 45℃. The altitude of the site will directly affect the vacuum of the machine. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum (negative value). The oil to be treated can not be too dirty (that is, the impurity particles in the oil is too much), otherwise, must first use other filtration equipment (such as my factory production JL series portable type filtration tanker) fully filtered, so as not to affect the degelling efficiency of the oil machine or block filtration components, affect the life of the oil machine. To stop when the oil has been treated or when it needs to stop running. First stop the heater, continue feeding for 3 ~ 5 minutes and then close the feeding valves 15, 20 and 22.
