Vacuum gas quenching furnace is used for quenching high-speed tool steel, measuring vacuum quenching, cutting steel, tool steel and other alloy steels. It has convection heating function, and can realize step quenching, isothermal quenching, tempering, annealing and other heat treatment processes. Limit pressure: cooling gas, 6bar or 10bar.

The control system is controlled by PLC and the temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature controller, which has accurate control and high degree of automation. The user can select automatic or manual undisturbed switching for operation. The furnace has abnormal state alarm function and easy operation.

The environmental protection performance of the vacuum furnace is improved, the maintenance cost and energy cost are saved. Vacuum gas quenching furnace is mainly used for vacuum quenching, tempering and solid solution aging of cold and hot working steel, high speed steel and tool steel. It is divided into horizontal and vertical. Vertical vacuum gas quenching furnace is especially suitable for vacuum gas quenching process of large easily deformed workpieces such as long rod parts, shafts and plate parts. The workpiece can keep bright and small deformation after heat treatment.

1. The following are the technical features:

1). The heating body is graphite (customizable), and the thermal insulation layer is the thermal insulation structure of the heating body, composite carbon felt and soft felt, which can ensure the uniformity of temperature.

2). The telescopic trolley with integral telescopic structure and variable frequency speed regulation are adopted internally to ensure smooth material transportation and short transfer time.

3). The quenching oil heat pump adopts heat pump and heat exchanger for external cooling, which makes the quenching oil cooling faster and more efficient.

4). With built-in heat exchanger and forced air circulation cooling mode, the jet gas flows evenly and the cooling speed is fast.

5). Different types of parts adopt the dual methods of oil mixing and oil injection cooling, and the workpiece deformation is small.

6). The furnace is equipped with interlocking functions such as temperature, pressure, water pressure and vacuum, which has a high degree of safety protection and prevention function.

7). It has the functions of remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program update.
