1. The vacuum heat treatment furnace is heated under vacuum, and the vacuum has the functions of preventing oxidation and degassing.

2. The heating temperature is high, which can effectively degrease and remove oil stains, evaporate various impurities, and purify the surface of the workpiece, thereby further improving product quality.
3. The heating rate in the vacuum heat treatment furnace is controllable, and the temperature deviation in the constant temperature zone is small. It can be heated slowly, so the temperature of each part of the workpiece is balanced, the temperature difference is small, the thermal stress is small, and the deformation after forming is small. It can easily cooperate with various standard components to ensure the yield and quality of the product. The traditional welding process is not only unable to prevent oxidation, but the temperature of the welding part is too high, so that the temperature difference between the parts of the workpiece is large, and the deformation after forming is huge, which cannot meet the requirements of the product.
4. As the temperature of the workpiece in the vacuum heat treatment furnace gradually rises, the solubility of hydrogen will become smaller and smaller, and the hydrogen that penetrates into the workpiece will gradually precipitate, so there is no risk of hydrogen embrittlement in the vacuum heat treatment furnace.
5. Vacuum heat treatment is controlled by a microcomputer to increase the temperature, with low error rate, good process stability and repeatability.
6. The most important point is that the vacuum heat treatment furnace is energy-saving and does not require combustible gas. Compared with a controllable atmosphere, it saves raw materials and has low cost, which is suitable for large-scale production.
