Second, if the vacuum heat treatment furnace is too high temperature alarm failure, then we first check whether the constant temperature parameters of the operation area are normal, refer to all the parameters of other normal use of the thermostat proof.According to the circuit diagram to check whether the output of the solid-state relay in the corresponding operation area is broken down, the method is: power off, use the multimeter resistance to measure the solid-state relay output resistance between two points, the normal resistance will reach a few megawatts or higher, if it is a breakdown, there is almost no resistance, it is necessary to replace the new type of the same type.
Third, in the case of the vacuum heat treatment furnace starting power, the hand vibrates the corresponding operation area of the thermocouple probe to check whether the corresponding thermostat shows a wide range of beating. If this phenomenon occurs, the thermocouple probe is not in good contact, and a new one needs to be replaced. If the apparent temperature of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is lower than the set value and the same, firstly check whether the temperature controller parameters in the working area are normal and whether there is an output signal.
