Technical application and operation instruction of vacuum oil filter
The oil filter is a filter unit which can remove solid impurities and water in impure oil by pressure filtration or vacuum evaporation pressure filtration. The oil filter is mainly used to improve the insulation performance of electrical oil and the purity of lubricating oil. There are two types of oil filter: ordinary oil filter and vacuum oil filter. The oil filter is mainly used for the purification and regeneration of turbine oil and lubricating mechanical oil in power plants, power stations, industrial and mining enterprises. The oil filter manufacturer is especially suitable for the purification treatment of turbine oil, hydraulic oil, anti-wear oil, bearing oil and high viscosity lubricating oil with serious water content or turbidity emulsification, which can effectively remove the water and impurities in the oil at high speed and make the turbid oil clear.
The common oil filter is composed of primary filter, oil pump and filter device. The primary filter is a tubular metal mesh, which prevents the large solid particles in the impure oil from entering the oil pump. The oil pump is usually gear pump, which transports the impure oil into the filter unit. The filtering device is a small hand pressed plate and frame oil filter, using special filter paper as the filtering medium. Under the pressure of the oil pump, the impure oil enters the plate and frame filter press and becomes the filtered oil through the filter paper. Solid impurities in the oil are trapped on the surface of the filter paper, and a small amount of water is absorbed by the pores of the filter paper. The filtration pressure is usually not greater than 0.3 MPa. When there are too many impurities deposited on the surface of the filter paper and the filtration pressure rises to 0.35 MPa, or when the water absorbed by the filter paper is close to saturation and the residual water in the filter oil no longer decreases, the filter paper shall be stopped and replaced.
When the viscosity of the oil is high, the oil filter manufacturer can preheat to reduce the viscosity before filtration. The oil filter can only remove solid impurities and a small amount of water, which is suitable for the purification of general electrical oil and lubricating oil. When the oil contains too much moisture and impurities, it must be preheated before being sent to the oil filter. The capacity of ordinary oil filter is 25-200 L / min. The square filter frame of the filter device has two kinds of inner side lengths of 200 mm and 250 mm. Filter plate and filter frame of oil filter manufacturer are made of cast iron or polypropylene.
Range
The oil filter manufacturer includes primary filter, vacuum evaporation tank, oil pump, filter device, condenser (i.e. condenser) and vacuum pump. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the impure oil enters the vacuum evaporation tank through the primary filter. The oil is heated to above 100 ℃ and then injected into the vacuum chamber to form small oil drops. The water in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor, which enters the condenser for condensation and then is discharged. The uncondensed water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere by vacuum pump.
The evaporated oil collected at the bottom of the vacuum evaporation tank is pumped to the filter unit to remove the solid impurities in the oil and further absorb the micro amount of water. Vacuum oil filter can significantly improve the effect of removing water from oil, which is suitable for the purification of oil for high-pressure electrical appliances. The new molecular oil purifier also adopts electrostatic separation and resin adsorption technology, which can remove the deteriorated oil molecules, make the insulating oil highly purified and improve the insulation performance.
Working principle of vacuum oil filter
Simple and effective. Inside, there is a rotor with a double jet nozzle, which only needs the pressure generated by the oil to provide its driving force. After the equipment is opened, the oil in the oil tank is sent to the rotor through the pump. When the oil is full of the rotor, it will spray out along the lower nozzle of the rotary table, which will generate driving force to make the rotor rotate at high speed. Its rotating speed can reach more than 4000-6000 r.p.m. and the force generated is more than 2000 times of gravity. The principle of centrifugal force directly drives impurities to separate from oil. Hard and sharp abrasive metal materials, together with those residual deposits that cause wear of parts or deterioration of oil, can be removed from the oil filter factory even if it is 1 μ m in size. The separated impurities are attached to the impurities collection cover in the rotor, and only need to be cleaned regularly. In addition, because the specific gravity of water is larger than that of oil, under the effect of centrifugal force, water is separated from oil and stored in the oil pan in the rotor, which can be removed only during cleaning. The filtered oil flows directly back to the tank by gravity.
How to choose
How to choose the proper filtering precision for the oil filter of vacuum oil filter
There are two factors that affect the selection of filter precision.
1. The need for oil. For example, insulating oil can only reach high insulation value through high-precision filtration, while the requirements of large module gears for impurities are much more extensive.
2. The viscosity of the oil. High viscosity oil can’t pass through the fine filter screen, so the accuracy needs to be reduced.
If one-sided emphasis on oil cleanliness and the use of precision filter, it will increase the operating cost of the oil filter. Because:
(1) The filter element is often blocked and needs to be cleaned or even replaced frequently.
(2) Increase the axial pressure so that the oil can pass through the filter screen quickly, but it will often crush the filter element.
(3) Add preheating oil tank, increase temperature and reduce viscosity.
Generally speaking, the filtering accuracy of the fine filter stage is selected as follows:
(1) Insulating oil, 1-5 μ M.
(2) Select 10-20 μ m lubricating oil and turbine oil below 46.
(3) Select 20-50 μ m internal combustion engine oil and gear oil.

1. The key point of equipment installation is to place the equipment horizontally, and use horizontal instrument to detect during installation. If it is not placed normally, the use effect is not good.
2. Pay attention to oil filling and regular oil change for air compressor, pay attention to water drainage for oil-water separation, and clean filter element in time to ensure oil quality.
3. Open the empty gland and put the crude oil into the pressure tank, but the crude oil shall not exceed 80% of the volume of the air pressure tank. After oil loading, immediately cover the empty gland, close the vent valve, open the control valve, open the oil nozzle, turn on the power switch, and then the oil filter will work normally after all the oil nozzles are discharged.
4. In the process of use, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the control valve shall be closed immediately for maintenance. At this time, the check valve control air circuit oil cannot return. After maintenance, open the control valve to continue to work.
5. In the oil filter plant, before the start of filtration and the formation of the filter residue layer, the filtrate is turbid. At this time, the oil is filtered again. After the filtered oil meets the requirements, the oil filter will enter into normal working condition.
6. In the filtration process, due to the accumulation of filter residue on the filter cloth, the resistance increases and the speed slows down, so the machine should be stopped to clean up the filter residue. Use a scraper made of wood or bamboo to scrape the filter residue off the filter cloth and reuse it. In practice, try to find out the full time of the filter residue, know it well and remove the filter residue on time.
7. Different filter oil, different selection temperature, different output, in practice to explore the temperature of each filtrate.
8. When the crude oil of the pressure tank is filtered out, when the outlet nozzle is vented, close the nozzle, and when the other nozzle is vented for a while, open the vent valve, and the filtration is all over. 9. It is forbidden to use caustic soda and boiled water to clean the filter cloth, which should be dried before use, otherwise it will affect the filtering capacity and oil quality.
10. Connect a filter screen with the window gauze at the bottom of the oil press to prevent the fine slag from blocking the oil pipe. If the oil slag is too small, it will block the pores of the filter cloth and affect the output. Clean the filter cloth in time and clean the oil-water separator once in 70 hours.
Pay attention to the operation of the oil filter
Pay attention to the difference between vacuum oil filter and other types of oil filter, that is, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the oil filter work, as well as the safety of the filtered transformer; precautions during the operation of oil filter:
1. When used on site, the oil filter shall be close to the transformer or oil tank as much as possible, the oil suction pipeline shall not be too long, and the pipeline resistance shall be minimized.
2. Connecting pipes (including oil tank) must be thoroughly cleaned in advance and have good sealing performance.
3. Strictly follow the operation procedure. When starting the oil filter, the oil can only be recycled after the vacuum pump, oil pump and heater operate normally and ensure the internal circulation is good.
4. The purified oil contains a lot of mechanical impurities and free water. The bottom water and impurities shall be removed in advance, and then other filtering equipment (such as centrifugal oil filter and pressure oil filter) shall be used to fully filter to meet the crude oil standard required by the vacuum oil filter, and then the vacuum oil filter can be used for filtering to affect the service life of the oil filter.
5. During operation, the working condition of the oil filter (such as vacuum, flow, temperature, etc.) shall be strictly monitored, and the quality (breakdown voltage, etc.) before and after oil treatment shall be regularly detected. To monitor the purification effect of the oil filter.
6. Insulation measures shall be taken for pipeline, vacuum tank and other parts during winter operation. Relevant regulations in safety work regulations of electric power industry issued by power industry must be followed when oil filtering in substation.

4) Check whether there is air leakage or oil leakage at each pipeline system and seal;
5) Whether the liquid level control of oil filter plant is reliable;
6) Check whether the working pressure is normal, if there is any abnormality, remove the obstacle immediately; oil filter plant;
2. Pay attention to supplement vacuum pump (roots pump lubricating oil) at any time in oil filter plant:
1) The oil level shall be kept on the oil mark line;
2) If the pump is used, the pump oil shall be replaced according to the oil standard of the company;
3) If the accumulated working time of pump oil in oil filter plant exceeds 240 hours, it shall be completely replaced;
