Structure of vacuum sintering furnace
Each structure of the vacuum sintering furnace works in coordination with each other. Any structure failure or unreasonable use will affect the operation of the sintering furnace. We will discuss the different structures of the vacuum sintering furnace, optimize the internal system of each structure, so as to reduce the energy consumption for equipment operation and achieve a better combustion effect.
1、 Heating chamber
The function of the heating chamber as the name implies is to provide heat to the furnace in the use stage. Only when the heat reaches a certain standard can the equipment operate normally, so that the various structures cooperate in the system, so as to achieve the purpose of vacuum sintering. The temperature rise of the heater has great variability. In order to achieve more efficient use in a short time, it is usually composed of three-layer temperature changes. It can adjust the system interior according to different types and requirements of the product, so that the temperature can be consistent with the required standard.
2、 Heat shield
The structure is in the shape of a circular plate and a cylinder, which can isolate the heat from the external environment, so as to ensure the safety in the use stage and avoid energy loss. The structure is in a closed state in the system, and is composed of multi-layer structure, and the heat insulation effect is better after being put into use. The circular plate and the cylinder form a heat shield together to form a closed and vacuum state. When the temperature is distributed from the heat shield to the surrounding, the vacuum part can also play a protective role to achieve a better use effect.
3、 Low temperature cold trap
It is widely used in ultra-high vacuum (or high vacuum) system, and its function is similar to baffle plate. In order to improve combustion efficiency and save time, general vacuum sintering furnace will adopt the form of low-temperature cold well to reduce the air extraction in the furnace, so as to ensure the operation and use in the vacuum environment, so as to avoid the use of unstable phenomenon and reach the safety control standard of the equipment.
4、 Vacuum measurement
The vacuum measurement is carried out according to the operation status in the furnace. The measurement is carried out on a regular basis. When the interval is reached, the measurement module can conduct automatically. Because of the large scale of the sintering furnace, there are great variation factors in the parameters measured during the use, so the error can not be avoided.
Although the current technical concept has been very mature, it is still necessary to take a comprehensive monitoring method for the field equipment in order to ensure that the combustion efficiency can meet the expected standards.
