The main vacuum furnace is a horizontal, single-chamber type, consisting of a furnace body, a furnace door, a heating chamber, a hot air circulation system, and an air cooling system.
Both the furnace body and the furnace door are of double-wall water-cooled structure, and the inner and outer walls are made of carbon steel. There is a two-way sealing structure between the furnace body and the furnace door, which is locked with a locking ring to ensure the vacuum furnace’s sealing under negative pressure and positive pressure air cooling.
The heating chamber (furnace) is composed of heat insulation layer, heating element and material table, etc. The heat insulation layer is a composite structure composed of ceramic fiber felt + stainless steel sheet, fixed on the frame of the chamber composed of 2mm stainless steel plate and angle steel ring on.
The heating element is made of nickel-chromium tape and insulated with ceramic parts; it is arranged in a cylindrical shape, heating is even, and heat loss is small; it can be disassembled separately, and it is easy to replace when damaged.
The material table is composed of graphite pillars, graphite hearth porcelain spacers, etc.
Hot air circulation system: When the workpiece is being heated, it is filled with high-purity nitrogen or high-purity argon, the fan at the front of the furnace body is started, and the circulating gas is forced to circulate convective heating in the heating chamber, which improves the heating speed of the furnace and enhances the low temperature. The uniformity of the furnace temperature at the time.
Air cooling system: When the workpiece needs to be cooled quickly after the heat preservation is completed, the fan at the rear of the furnace body is started, and the gas is cooled by the high-efficiency heat exchanger inside and outside the heating chamber to obtain a uniform cooling effect, shorten the tempering cooling time, and improve Productivity.
The vacuum system includes a vacuum unit and a pneumatic baffle valve installed on the vacuum pipeline, connectors, electrical contact pressure gauges, and gauges and their accessories.
