Stainless steel ring die heat treatment furnace Characteristics:
The ring die material of the granulator is 4Cr13 steel, and its heat treatment method includes quenching + twice tempering. The quenching process is the temperature at which the carbide of M23C6 chromium begins to dissolve into austenite, increases the holding time for a period of time, then cools with the furnace to the conventional temperature for a short time, and then quenches in hot oil.
The first is tempered at 250 C for 5 hours, and the second is tempered at 200 C for 7 hours.
The high quality martensitic stainless steel is chosen as the ring die material, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, long service life and lowest cost per ton of material.
The composition, structure and hardness obtained by the optimized quenching process are more uniform, which reduces the deformation and cracking of the ring die.
The residual stress in large size annular die can be effectively eliminated by twice tempering process. In actual production, the 4Cr13 steel ring die treated by the new process has high comprehensive mechanical properties and high abrasive wear resistance, and its service life has been significantly improved.
