Stainless steel gas quenching furnace
Application: Mainly used for quenching of high speed steel, die steel and stainless steel; Solid solution treatment of stainless steel and titanium alloy; Vacuum heat treatment, high temperature brazing and vacuum sintering of magnetic materials and low temperature tempering with convection fans can also be carried out.

The heating chamber is made of stainless steel frame and new carbon felt composite material, with less deformation, high temperature and high pressure air erosion resistance, long service life and easy maintenance.
Graphite tube heater, easy to install and maintain, low failure rate.
Jet cooling is adopted, and graphite nozzles are evenly distributed around the circumference, so that the high-pressure airflow is more reasonable (the air volume of part of the main duct is adjustable, and the customer can control the air volume of part of the main duct according to the characteristics of the workpiece), which can effectively control the deformation of the workpiece.
High speed high pressure large flow fan, copper – copper efficient round heat exchanger, to achieve high speed cooling.
The fan can be used single speed, double speed, frequency conversion speed, various ways to control the air cooling speed.
The heating chamber can also adopt all-metal structure to meet the solid solution treatment requirements of titanium alloy and precision alloy.
The electronic control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize automatic, semi-automatic and manual control, with flexible operation.
