Soft Magnetic Materials Vacuum Heat Treatment Process
The raw materials of soft magnetic alloy are mainly bar, strip and plate, etc., and the parts are cut, punched and cut, stamped or wound in cold working way. In the process of machining, the original grain structure of the material will be destroyed, so that the magnetic conductivity of the material will be reduced, and the processing stress generated in the process of machining will lead to the instability of the size of the parts. Therefore, the parts made of soft magnetic alloy must be annealed after processing and forming, so that the material can regain regular equiaxed grain structure, and reduce the impurity content in the material, restore and improve the magnetic properties of the material, at the same time eliminate the processing stress, and stabilize the size of the parts.
According to different materials and use requirements, the annealing of soft magnetic alloy parts can be adopted high temperature annealing (1150 ~ 1250 ℃) and medium temperature annealing (800 ~ 850 ℃). Permalloy with high magnetic conductivity is usually annealed at high temperature, and sometimes magnetic field deigniting is used to further improve magnetic conductivity. For stacked or rolled silicon steel sheets (usually called cores) of transformers, transformers or motors, medium temperature annealing is used. Before there was no vacuum furnace, many manufacturers used the well external hot atmosphere furnace, through nitrogen or hydrogen protection way for treatment, this treatment method has obvious defects, especially in the use of nitrogen as a protective atmosphere.
