Portable oil purifier small vacuum oil filter
The portable oil purifier is a compact vacuum dehydrator and filtration system. This economical and powerful vacuum dehydrator removes free, emulsified and dissolved water, gas and particulate contaminants from hydraulic, lubricating and insulating fluids.

The portable oil purifier is available in two specific application models.

1. Transformer oil
Transformer and insulating oil often need degassing and slight dehydration. So the models built for these applications include a deeper vacuum

2. Hydraulic / lubricating oil
These models are designed for rapid water removal, operate in low vacuum conditions, and have moisture condensation and collection functions.
The portable oil purifier system includes the use of multi-layer micro glass (ß x (c) ≥ 1000, filter medium) filtration to remove particulate pollutants less than 1 micron. Micron efficiency ranges from 25 μ m to 1 μ m to meet any required ISO cleanliness specification. There are also layered cellulose, cellulose / Microglass mixtures and pleated mesh filters.
Portable oil purifiers are ideal for small reservoirs that require small vacuum dehydrators, small switching devices, X-ray tubes, recovery tanks, and narrow areas where operability is very important.
