1. Product Description

The silicon carbide pressureless sintering furnace is suitable for the pressureless sintering process of silicon carbide of emerging ceramics such as seal rings, shaft sleeves and shaft tubes, nozzles, impellers, and bulletproof products.

Generally, the compactness of reaction sintered products is between 2.97-3.05. The reaction sintered silicon carbide ceramic has low production cost and low price. The operating temperature is below 1350 degrees.

Silicon carbide ceramics have low thermal expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity. The thermal stress received during heating or cooling is small, so it can withstand high temperatures. At the same time, its hardness and toughness are also high. The main products are divided into kiln furniture, energy-saving and environmentally friendly desulfurization nozzles, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant mechanical parts, and protective ceramic products. Reaction sintered silicon carbide ceramics have high strength, high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong oxidation resistance. It has the advantages of resistance to rapid cold and rapid heat and resistance to high temperature creep.
