Safe operation procedure for hot cleaning furnace

1. Wipe the greasy dirt or flammable explosive on the surface of hanging tools or workpieces clean.

2. Pull the trolley out of the furnace, then load the hanger or workpiece on it. Note: The loaded workpieces or hangers should not be piled randomly, sufficient consideration should be given to the need for adequate hot air circulation between workpieces.

3. Check the cleanliness of the combustion chamber and keep the inside clean.

4, check whether the seal around the furnace door and the door frame contact is good, if the seal is not strict, false or damaged seal, should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.

5. Check the surface condition of the temperature probe. If the surface is damaged, a new probe of the same type should be replaced.

6, check the stainless steel nozzle outlet of the combustion chamber, manual water spraying test, to see whether there is abnormal water spraying condition, normal should be fan water mist, if abnormal, can be cleaned or replaced with steel wire.

7. Push the trolley into the furnace and make sure to push it to the limit of trolley track. Open the waterway ball valve and put through the waterway.

8. Open the natural gas valve to ensure that the pipeline is normal and the pressure and flow rate meet the requirements. Check whether the gas pipe of the burner leaks, and turn off the gas valve and inform the maintenance department in time when found leaking.

9. Open the door of the control cabinet and close the switch power. The system will conduct self-check. If there is any fault, please fix the fault first, otherwise the system cannot start (press ESC twice and confirm once to check the fault information).

10. Press the “Start” button, the system will run automatically according to the pre-numbered program. After the system is put into operation, the main burner is put into operation, and the furnace door can be closed only after the ignition of the main burner.

11. After the operation, please close the waterway in time to ensure safety.

12, the operator can read the current furnace temperature from the display, when the furnace temperature will be below 200℃, then can open the furnace door.

13. When the temperature in the furnace is below 150℃, connect the trolley outside the furnace with the guide rail inside the furnace, pull the trolley out of the furnace, and clean the ashes on the surface of the hanging tool or workpiece.

14. Put the handled hanging fixture or workpiece in the sink for cleaning to make it more clean.
