Pressure requirements for gas and cooling water of vacuum atmosphere furnace
The gas pressure and cooling water pressure in the vacuum atmosphere furnace are two indexes. If the furnace is an air charging furnace, the gas pressure index is necessary, reflecting the maximum pressure that the furnace can bear.
If the compressed air is used for valve switch, the pressure shall be given. If it is required, the air pressure shall not be less than 0.5MPa.
The composition or purity requirements of the gas shall be determined according to the specific requirements of the furnace.
Cooling water pressure refers to the minimum water pressure required for furnace water cooling, generally no less than 0.2MPa.
Cooling water flow refers to the minimum flow required for furnace cooling. The quality and inlet temperature of cooling water shall be determined according to the specific requirements of the furnace.
