Precautions for Vacuum Oil Purifier Operation

The key to the installation of vacuum oil filling equipment and Vacuum Oil Purifier equipment is to place them horizontally. During the installation, it is better to use horizontal instruments for detection. If it is not placed normally, the use effect is not good.

The Vacuum Oil Purifier shall pay attention to oil filling and regular oil change, pay attention to water drainage for oil-water separation, and clean the filter element in time to ensure oil quality.

During the use of Vacuum Oil Purifier, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the control valve shall be closed immediately for maintenance. At this time, the oil in the control air circuit of the check valve cannot return. After maintenance, open the control valve to continue to work.

Open the empty gland and put the crude oil into the pressure tank, but the crude oil shall not exceed 80% of the volume of the air pressure tank. After oil loading, immediately cover the empty gland, close the vent valve, open the control valve, open the oil nozzle, turn on the power switch, and the Vacuum Oil Purifier will work normally after all the oil nozzles are discharged.

In the filtration process of Vacuum Oil Purifier, due to the accumulation of filter residue on the filter cloth, the resistance increases and the speed slows down, so the machine should be stopped to clean up the filter residue. Use a scraper made of wood or bamboo to scrape the filter residue off the filter cloth and reuse it. In practice, try to find out the full time of the filter residue, know it well and remove the filter residue on time.

At the beginning of filtration, before the formation of the filter residue layer, the filtrate is turbid. At this time, filter the oil again. After the filtered oil meets the requirements, the Vacuum Oil Purifier will enter into normal operation.
