Operation specification of hot cleaning furnace

1. Clean the oil stains or inflammable and explosive substances on the surface of the hanger or workpiece.
2. Pull the trolley out of the furnace and load the hanger or workpiece. Note: the loaded workpieces or hangers should not be piled up randomly, and sufficient hot air circulation between workpieces should be fully considered.
3. Check the cleaning condition of the incinerator and insist on internal cleaning.
4. Check whether the sealing strip near the furnace door has excellent touch with the door frame. If the sealing strip is not tight, solid or damaged, it should be replaced or repaired in time.
5. Check the appearance of the temperature probe. If the surface is damaged, a new probe of the same model should be replaced. If there is dust on the surface, cotton gauze should be used for finishing to ensure the exploration accuracy.
6. Check the stainless steel nozzle outlet of the incinerator, and conduct manual water spray test to see whether the water spray is abnormal. If it is normal, it should be fan-shaped water mist. If it is abnormal, steel wire can be used to arrange or replace.
7. Push the trolley into the furnace and make sure it reaches the limit of trolley track. Turn on the water ball valve and connect the waterway.
8. Open the natural gas valve to ensure that the pipeline is normal and the pressure and flow meet the requirements. Check whether the gas pipe of the incinerator is leaking. If leakage is found, the gas valve shall be closed in time and the maintenance department shall be informed.
9. Open the door of the control cabinet and switch on the power supply. The system will carry out self inspection. If there is any problem, please remove the problem first, otherwise the system will not start (press ESC twice and confirm once to check the fault information).
10. By pressing the “start” button, the system will automatically operate according to the program numbered in advance. After the system is put into operation, the main incinerator is put into operation, and the furnace door can be closed only after the main incinerator is put into operation.
11. After operation, please close the waterway in time to ensure safety.
12. The operator can read out the temperature in the furnace from the display. When the temperature in the furnace is below 200 ℃, the furnace door can be opened at this moment.
13. When the temperature in the furnace is lower than 150 ℃, connect the trolley outside the furnace with the guide rail in the furnace, pull out the trolley, and clean up the ash on the surface of the hanger or workpiece.
14. The treated hanger or workpiece is placed in the pool for cleaning to make it more clean.
