Oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace
Oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace: the use of vacuum quenching oil as a cooling medium furnace, known as oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace. Vacuum heat treatment with vacuum quenching oil, can not use ordinary cooking oil, otherwise, it can not achieve the purpose of vacuum quenching. Quenching oil for vacuum quenching shall meet the following technical conditions:
(1). the steam pressure should be low, can not affect the vacuum effect.
(2). quenching oil evaporation should be small, reduce the oil vapor on the furnace pollution:
(3). good cooling performance, hardness is good.
(4). brightness and thermal stability is good;
(5). Long service life.
Single chamber horizontal oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace. Without intermediate vacuum gate, heating and oil quenching are carried out in the same vacuum chamber. Therefore, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing, convenient operation and maintenance, and low cost. However, its biggest weakness is that, due to the absence of an intermediate vacuum gate, the oil vapor generated during the workpiece’s oil quenching will pollute the heating chamber, resulting in a decrease in the service life of the heating element and the insulation performance of the insulation. In order to reduce the pollution of oil vapor, the vacuum quenching oil with high purity and low vapor pressure should be adopted, and the oil surface of the vacuum quenching oil should be far away from the heating chamber, and the oil vapor should be liquefied by cooling method to reduce the pollution of oil vapor.
Vertical and horizontal double chamber oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace. As the heating chamber and the cooling chamber are separated by an intermediate vacuum gate, the oil vapor generated by the workpiece oil quenching can be prevented from entering the heating chamber, thereby avoiding the pollution of the heating chamber, so that the insulation performance of the insulation is not affected and the service life of the heating element is improved. Compared with single chamber oil quenching furnace, double chamber oil quenching furnace has the advantages of high production efficiency and energy saving. But they are more complex and expensive.
The cooling chamber of the double-chamber oil-quenching gas-cooling vacuum heat treatment furnace is not only equipped with quenching oil groove but also equipped with air-cooling fan, which can be used for oil quenching and gas quenching of the workpiece.
Continuous vacuum heat treatment furnace:

The production efficiency and economic effect of periodic vacuum heat treatment are low. In order to improve production efficiency and economic effect, continuous vacuum heat treatment has been increasingly used in recent years. Three – chamber semi – continuous air – cooled vacuum heat treatment furnace. Three-chamber semi-continuous oil quenching vacuum heat treatment furnace. They are composed of a feed chamber, a heating chamber and a cooling chamber, separated by an intermediate vacuum gate.
