Nickel-based brazing
Nickel-based solder has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, it is suitable for brazing work in high temperature alloy (such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, etc.), and mainly used in the furnace brazing, induction brazing , soldering resistance and so on . gas brazing and vacuum brazing, high purity, high temperature strength of joint and excellent corrosion resistance than other types of solder, pure nickel high melting point (1452 ℃) . In order to reduce the melting temperature, often join with nickel eutectic formed elements (such as carbon and boron, silicon, phosphorus, etc.) and the formation of fusible solid liquid elements (such as aluminum, manganese, etc.).The addition of these elements has different effects on other properties of nickel-based solders, such as wettability, corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
Common nickel-based solder :
1.Nickel base solder (HL701) : Cr14.0~ 18.0%, B3.0~ 4.5%, Si3.5~ 5.5%, Fe≤ 5%, Ni residual;The solid phase line was 970℃ and the liquid phase line was 1070℃.
2.Nickel-based solder (HL702) : Cr8.0~ 12.0%, B1.8~ 2.6%, Si2.5~ 4.5%, Fe≤ 4%, Ni margin; Solid phase line 970℃, liquid phase line 1000℃.
3.Bni-3: B2%, Si4.5%, Fe0.5%, Ni residual ; Brazing temperature:
1010~1177℃
