NdfeB vacuum sintering furnace
New technology of vacuum sintering and rapid setting tablet casting combined with hydrogen blasting, jet milling and low oxygen processes is applied to production technology of high-performance sintered NdFeB magnets.
The process of sintering NdFeB magnets is performed in N2, Ar, and H2 atmosphere or vacuum as much as possible, which is the so-called “low oxygen process”.
The production process is as follows: alloy compounding → vacuum melting, strip casting (vacuum, Argon gas, thickness: 0.25 ~ 0.45mm) → hydrogen blasting (H2, 1 atmosphere) → dehydrogenation (vacuum, <650C) → jet milling (N2 , 3.0 ~ 4.0um) → magnetic field orientation pressing (N2, multiple orientation under magnetic field) → isostatic pressing (sealing)-sintering and aging (vacuum and Argon, sintering: 1050 ~ 1080 ° C, 900 ° C, 510 ° C) → Magnet.
