Characteristics of ndfeb sintering vacuum furnace:
Fully sealed and low oxidation in and out of the preparation room, the workpiece will not contact with the atmosphere at any time;
Low pollution, external thermal structure is adopted to eliminate the “cold trap effect” of heating indoor wall, and a cold trap is set outside the sintering room.
Can work under vacuum, argon, partial pressure (degassing, deoiling);
The workpiece is transferred to the cold chamber, which is filled with argon and quenched.
The measured temperature is accurate. Two groups of thermocouples for controlling and measuring temperature are set respectively. The measured temperature thermocouple is set in the furnace, with a distance of ~100mm from the sinter.
The sinter basket does not deform and is made of high temperature material.
The argon quenching operation is to transfer the workpiece to the cold chamber and return it to the hot chamber for treatment after cooling, which is energy-saving and efficient.
The total heat treatment time of high efficiency sintering zone is <14 hours.
