Molybdenum alloy molding sintering
Molybdenum and molybdenum alloy have high high temperature strength and hardness, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, are widely used in aerospace, energy, electricity, microelectronics, biomedicine, mechanical processing, medical equipment, lighting, glass fiber, national defense construction and other fields.
(1) Thermal isostatic pressure technology
Pressure sintering (hot-press sintering) is a kind of molybdenum consolidation technology under the coupling action of pressing mechanical energy and sintering heat energy.For high-end molybdenum sintered products with high sintering index requirements such as sintering density, microstructure uniformity and porosity, for example, molybdenum sputtering target materials for tftr-lcd, most foreign countries adopt hot isostatic pressure technology, and the product quality is much higher than the traditional cold isostatic pressure no-pressure sintering process. No similar production process has been reported in China.
(2) Discharge plasma sintering technology
The discharge plasma sintering (SPS) is a pressurized sintering method which uses the current of on – off dc pulse to directly energize sintering. And electrode factory principle is that when a fault type dc pulse current discharge plasma generated at the moment of impact pressure, discharge, the joule heat and electric field diffusion effect, make the sintered body within each particle itself produce joule heat evenly and particle surface activation, which USES the heating effect of the inside of the powder sintering densification, obtain homogeneous, dense, fine crystal sinter organization.This is 180 ~ 500℃ lower than traditional sintering process, and high temperature plasma sputtering and discharge shock can remove impurities on the surface of powder particles (such as removal of surface oxide, etc.) and adsorbed gas.
