1. Application Introduction

Coalescence separation oil filter is composed of coarse filter, secondary filter, fine filter, coalescence separation filter, oil pump and electrical control system. They have three functions: 1) filtration and dehydration to remove emulsified water, free water and impurities. 2) It can be used as an oiling machine and is only used to remove impurities in oil.

Working principle: the oil passes through a special filter from outside to inside. Along this direction, the holes of the filter layer become smaller and smaller. Different layers can prevent impurities of different sizes. This design improves the service life and efficiency of the filter. 3) With internal circulation, the operator can replace the coalescence separation filter.

They are usually used as filtration and dehydration systems for turbine oil. It has the functions of high-precision filtration and efficient dehydration, which can effectively remove impurities, emulsified water and free water in oil products, improve oil quality, reduce post-treatment and pollution costs, and reduce maintenance and operation costs.
