Manufacture of Vacuum Flask Cup
At present, the vacuum flask cups on the market are mainly manufactured in two ways:
1. ‘Tail vacuum” (tubular vacuum) technology. This process is a traditional process technology and adopts “press sealing technology”. The disadvantage is that this technical measure cannot completely guarantee the airtightness on the microscopic level. In addition, the bottom seal has the risk of collision and damage, so a tail chamber is often set up, which wastes the inner space of the vacuum flask cup.
2. “Tailless vacuum” is one of the most advanced process technologies at home and abroad, that is, the process of pumping, sealing, welding and cooling of the vessel is controlled by computer under the vacuum environment. Technology”, which can ensure that there is no air leakage and no air leakage for a long time. Tailless vacuum is the technology of choice for manufacturers seeking to manufacture high-end, durable vacuum flask cups.
Selection of cup body material and solder for high temperature vacuum brazing:
304 (0Cr19Ni9) is welded with H0Cr21Ni10 and solution treated after welding;
304Cu (13Cr-7.7Ni-2Cu) is welded by H0Cr21Ni10 and solution treated after welding;
316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2) is welded by H0Cr19Ni12Mo2, and solution treated at 1050~1100 after welding;
AISI321 (1Cr18Ni9Ti) is welded with H0Cr21Ni10 and solution treated after welding;
At present, many domestic manufacturers use glass solder to seal the tail, and the vacuum welding temperature is only about 500 degrees. The cost of vacuum equipment is also greatly reduced, the energy consumption is also greatly reduced, and the production cost is lower. And less gas remains inside under high temperature brazing. Therefore, if the temperature of vacuum brazing is increased and the brazing material is improved, a higher vacuum degree can be obtained while having better sealing performance.
