Maintenance Tips of Vacuum Debinding& Sintering Furnace

The vacuum bebinding and sintering furnace is mainly applied for the degreasing and sintering process of stainless steel (nickel-based), iron-based, titanium alloy, alloy steel, high-speed steel and other metals and ceramic injection molded parts (MIM). which is also widely used in medical equipment parts (dental orthodontic products, live sampling)

The following method is the tips for its maintenance.
1)Clean the inside of the furnace chamber (pay attention to whether the air holes are blocked or not).

2）For cleaning of organic exhaust and heat exhaust (including factory and equipment as well as the fume box of the equipment), please use alcohol to clean the organic matter on the equipment.

3）When disassembling and assembling the sealing structure on the SIMUWU furnace body, vacuum system and other parts, use alcohol or gasoline to clean and dry, then apply vacuum grease and then assemble.

4）In the event of inaccurate limit, control failure, jamming of each transmission part, it should be stopped immediately. Do not operate forcibly to avoid damage to the parts.

5）After the vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace is shut down, the vacuum in the furnace is kept below 66.5LPA.

6）Vacuum pumps, valves, measuring instruments, thermal instruments, electrical components and other accessories are used, repaired and maintained in accordance with the technical instructions of the product.

7）Maintenance operations should be carried out without power on. If the maintenance is carried out under the power-on condition, the maintenance should be carried out by professional maintenance personnel, while ensuring the absolute safety of personnel and equipment.
