Vacuum heat treatment has been widely used in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan for its advantages of no oxidation, no decarburization, small distortion, and degassing and degreasing, and has also developed rapidly in my country. To detect the pressure control parameters of the vacuum furnace, it is necessary to use the vacuum gauge after the calibration to measure, and the vacuum gauge generally selected for the detection is the resistance ionization composite vacuum gauge.
The temperature uniformity of the vacuum furnace reflects the deviation of each detection point in the effective heating area of the furnace from the control set temperature. Generally speaking, the furnace temperature uniformity is required to be within ± 5 ℃. If the furnace temperature uniformity is unqualified, that is, there is a large deviation between the set temperature and the actual temperature in the furnace, the hardness or other mechanical properties of the processed parts will not meet the process requirements, which will affect the product quality.
