Low pressure vacuum carburizing equipment

As a method of chemical heat treatment, carburizing heat treatment has many advantages, such as deep carburizing layer, wide application, low base material price and so on. However, due to the process realization process, carburized parts need to do a lot of follow-up processing to meet the subsequent mechanical assembly needs. Low pressure vacuum carburizing can not only improve the internal quality of the parts, but also reduce the follow-up processing procedures, reduce the investment in environmental protection of the enterprise, and obtain the high recognition of the users.

Vacuum carburizing is also a kind of carburizing, but the performance of the equipment is different, of course, the process is also very different. According to different quenching methods, vacuum carburizing oil quenching furnace and vacuum carburizing gas quenching furnace are divided. In appearance, vacuum carburizing oil quenching furnace is similar to vacuum oil quenching furnace, and vacuum carburizing gas quenching furnace is similar to vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace. After adding carburizing function, there are more gas supply system, gas flow control system, carburizing pressure control system and changes to heating system. Most of the increase and change of these systems are inside the equipment, so there is not much difference between the appearance of vacuum carburizing furnace and vacuum furnace.

The specifications of vacuum carburizing furnace mainly include 644, 755, 966, 1077, 1288, and larger standard models of 1500 * 1500 * 800mm, with corresponding charging capacity of 150kg, 300kg, 500kg, 750KG, 1000kg, 4000kg. On the basis of double chamber oil quenching furnace, it can be used as the production platform of vacuum carburizing furnace.

Low pressure vacuum carburizing is a kind of gas carburizing under atmospheric pressure. The carburizing pressure is generally 200-2000 PA, and the most widely used pressure is 200-500 PA. Low pressure vacuum carburizing adopts pulse process mode, so the carburizing medium is high-purity acetylene, and the diffusion medium is high-purity nitrogen.
