Process flow:

The brief process of female screw production is: reforging-annealing-vacuum heat treatment.

Vacuum heat treatment process: heating to 980 degrees Celsius with a vacuum degree of 1×10-2Pa for several minutes, and then heating to 1180 degrees Celsius with a vacuum degree of 1×10-1Pa for several minutes. It is then oil quenched to room temperature. After tempering at 550 degrees Celsius, it is released.

Significantly increased. Compared with the steel arc female screw treated by the salt bath furnace, its metallographic structure and hardness value are similar to those of vacuum quenching. However, the service life is very different. The vacuum quenching can roll 35 arc wire plates, while the salt bath quenching can only roll 7 pieces. It can be seen that vacuum quenching can significantly improve the life of the arc female screw.
