1. Introduce
1. Gh-kp series kerosene vapor phase drying device is mainly used for drying 110kV and above large high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transformers and transformers.

2. Operation Principle
Using the penetration characteristics of kerosene, kerosene steam is used to heat the items to be dried in a vacuum environment. Kerosene steam can penetrate into the human body, convert kerosene into liquid heat energy, and wash the human body. Condensed kerosene is collected and treated through pipelines to separate the water and impurities contained. These water and impurities can be reused until the product is completely dry.
3. Features
Due to the large volume, thick and dense insulation layer of large high-voltage power transformer, and other equipment needs dry processing, it is difficult to meet the design requirements for a long time. Kerosene vapor phase uses kerosene with strong permeability. Using appropriate technology and kerosene vapor to heat the dryer body, not only has good drying effect, but also has short time. However, kerosene is flammable, and kerosene steam is more dangerous, so the operation should be in strict accordance with the process requirements to prevent accidents. 5. Structure
1). Vacuum drying oven: the equipment is a rectangular box, the box door is an electric door, hydraulically locked, and heating and insulation pipes are arranged outside the box. The indoor waterfall is an evaporator for kerosene evaporation. A trolley is provided for the transformer out of the chamber to facilitate the tank to sink below the ground and ensure that the trolley track is level with the ground. Users can also configure air cushion vehicles.
2). Trolley system: it is composed of feeding trolley and driving device. The trolley operates at low speed. The drive is used to pull the trolley out of the chamber. If you are equipped with an air cushion vehicle, you can’t match the vehicle. A flap device is equipped on the fuel tank door.
3). Vacuum system: according to the requirements of two or three vacuum pumps, the system is equipped with condensers for the condensation of kerosene and steam mixture to prevent vacuum pump and air pollution.
4). Heating system: generally, heat transfer oil is used as the heat transfer medium, the electric heater is used to heat the oil and the high-temperature pump is used for forced circulation, and some exhaust pipes heat and insulate the vacuum chamber through the vacuum chamber Part enters the evaporator to produce kerosene vapor. The system is equipped with temperature controller and PID regulator, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 1 ℃. The system can also use steam heating and pneumatic diaphragm control valve
5). Condensation system: main condenser, condensate collection room and waste heat recovery device, which are mainly used for condensation of kerosene steam and recovery and separation of water steam. The system can measure the amount of water in the product.
6). Kerosene evaporative distillation system: kerosene is filtered through kerosene filter group, and kerosene is transformed from liquid to gaseous through cascade evaporator located in vacuum chamber. The distillation system processes waste kerosene for reuse.
7). Kerosene storage and transportation system: for safety reasons, the kerosene used by the equipment shall be placed at a certain distance from the equipment and transported to the equipment through explosion-proof pump during operation.
8). Compressed air system: compressed air source, air handling unit, control valve, pressure detection system, etc., which are system control valves.
9). Cooling water system: mainly used for cooling some vacuum pumps and condensers. Equipped with industrial refrigerator and water pressure detection system.
10). Hydraulic system: it is used to lock the chamber door and to invert the actuator chamber door. The air cushion vehicle is used to open the flap bridge.
11). Control system: used for the control of the whole system. There are two control modes: PLC and PLC + PC, both of which are automatic control modes. PLC + PC control is more convenient. It can not only easily modify the process parameters, but also record the parameters in real time for future query. The equipment controlled by PC can also set different levels of authority for different operation levels, which can not only effectively protect process data, but also effectively prevent quality and safety accidents on the way. The system can also be configured with remote monitoring module to facilitate control and fault detection.
Due to the large vapor phase drying area of kerosene, all specifications are subject to customer requirements. It is mainly classified according to the evaporation power of equipment and kerosene.
