Integrated Process of Vacuum Brazing and Heat Treatment of Martens Stainless Steel
The base material used in the test is X12Cr13. X12Cr13 is a martensitic stainless steel. This steel has a relatively low carbon content and is mostly used for structural parts that require a certain strength and toughness. It is quenched and tempered during use to improve its comprehensive mechanical properties. To prevent the specimen from deforming and cracking during quenching and quenching and tempering, the normalizing treatment temperature is required to be between 990~1000C. This temperature range is just in line with the brazing heating temperature exceeding the melting point of the solder 25~60°C), Therefore, the heating temperature of this test is determined to be between 990 and 1000 °C, and heating at this temperature can ensure that the brazing and normalizing processes are carried out at the same time.
1) Determination of heating and holding time
In this test, the heating and holding time is determined to be 30min based on production experience.
2) Determination of heating method, speed and cooling method and speed
This test adopts the heating method of stage heating. The first stage preheating temperature is 700C, and the second stage preheating temperature is 900~910C, and the second stage is heated for 1 hour. Then it is heated at a slow rate to 990~1000C. When cooling, first Cool the vacuum furnace to 860C, keep it for 1 h, and then pass it into the N2 furnace for cooling.
3) Determining the degree of vacuum
Because the base material for the test contains Cr, the requirement for vacuum degree is higher. The vacuum degree of this test is between 1.3×10-2~13×10-3Pa.In conclusion:
