Industrial vacuum furnaces have various forms and wide temperature range.
Application of Industrial Vacuum Furnace:
Vacuum furnace is a complete set of equipment for hot-pressing material under vacuum (or other atmosphere), which mainly uses resistance or induction heating, and the pressure is up and down on the pressure head driven by the cylinder. At high temperature, the solid particles of green billet bond with each other, grain growth, voids (pore) and grain boundaries gradually reduce, through the transfer of material, its total volume shrinkage, density increase, and finally become a compact polycrystalline sintered body with a certain micro-structure, thus pressing and forming the material. The simultaneous action of high temperature, pressure and vacuum or atmosphere can significantly improve the density, hardness and other mechanical, electronic and thermal properties of the product. Characteristics of Industrial Vacuum Furnace:
Double-layer SUS304 furnace body structure, with cooling water in the middle, can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the furnace body, reduce high temperature damage and reduce the impact on the environment.
Frame double pillar support structure, using profile welding, overall processing, to ensure the reliability of equipment;
Vacuum furnace adopts advanced thermal insulation material and structure, with low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation effect. Even at high temperature, it can effectively insulate heat and save energy consumption.
Vacuum furnace temperature range is wide, heating elements are optional, such as graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, induction heating, etc. In a suitable protective atmosphere, the highest temperature can reach 3000 C, which can adapt to the hot pressing sintering of different materials.
