1. Product Description

Principle:

It combines vacuum and pressurization.

A: Vacuum: suck out the air in the water tank and wood cells, so that chemicals can be easily absorbed by wood cells.

B: Pressurization: pressure helps chemicals enter wood cells.

Working principle:

A. Initial vacuum: according to the treatment purpose, use a vacuum pump to suck out the air in the tank and wood, and maintain the vacuum state for 15 minutes to 1 hour. The vacuum degree can reach 0.098mpa.

B. Dosing liquid: dosing liquid into the tank under the condition of vacuum pump.

C. Pressurization: when the tank is filled with liquid medicine, pressurize the tank with a pressure pump. The pressure in the tank will slowly rise to the rated pressure, and then keep the tank under the rated pressure until the wood absorbs enough liquid medicine.

D. Pressure discharge: when the material absorbs enough agent liquid, discharge the internal pressure and unabsorbed agent liquid.

E. Final vacuumizing: when the remaining liquid medicine is discharged, use the vacuum pump to suck air from the tank and wood again to make the excess liquid medicine seep from the wood cells or surface to avoid liquid droplets.
