Hydrogen Reduction Furnace
Hydrogen furnace a kind of heating equipment.,also known as hydrogen furnace.which charge into hydrogen or hydrogen, nitrogen mixture gas (hydrogen content >5%) as a protective atmosphere.
With 2 types instructure:Vertical and Horizontal type. Heating element usually adopt molybdenum wire (mo melting point is 2630 ℃), shell for metal, maintain good air tightness. Kiln furniture commonly used molybdenum boat, can be continuous production, high efficiency.The vertical hydrogen furnace is similar to the horizontal type and occupies a small area, which is suitable for small batch production.
Hydrogen furnace can be used for ceramic sintering or metallization, brazing, glass parts for sealing metal parts annealing and purification. It can also be used for sintering powder metallurgy and semiconductor alloy. In operation, pay attention to safety of air circuit, circuit and water system, especially to prevent leakage into the air, so as to avoid high temperature hydrogen spontaneous combustion explosion accident.
Usage of Hydrogen Reduction Furnace:
The equipment is mainly used for semiconductor materials, nano materials, light materials, copper powder, cobalt powder, nickel powder, tungsten powder, molybdenum powder, tungsten powder and other complex processes under various gas protection, so that the material and hydrogen fully mixed, gas protection temperature rise, heat preservation, cooling, with a variety of process gas flow control. It is an important equipment for scientific research, teaching, production and research and development of new materials.
Hydrogen Reduction Furnace Characteristic:
1.It can fully mix materials with hydrogen, shorten the reduction time of materials and save a lot of hydrogen (because hydrogen is fully mixed with materials).
2.After material reduction, the temperature can be lowered rapidly or slowly in different atmosphere according to the characteristics of materials.
3.The process time, temperature, gas flow rate, valve action and reaction chamber pressure are automatically controlled by industrial microcomputer.
