Main purpose of equipment
The equipment is used for drying electrical products of oil immersed power transformers with voltage below 110KV. We guarantee the process and quality requirements of product processing, and provide process treatment schemes and relevant control schemes for 35kV and 10KV voltage levels.
Main technical features of equipment
The equipment has the following technical features:
1. With reasonable vacuum system design, there is enough condensate in the condenser, which effectively avoids the pollution of the vacuum pump in the drying process and greatly prolongs the service life of the vacuum pump.
2. The heating system control is equipped with power control module to ensure stable temperature control, reduce the actual heating power in the heating process and prolong the service life of the heating pipe.
3. During the heating process, the pressure alternating mode is automatically repeated several times according to the different temperatures of the body, periodically reducing the pressure in the vacuum tank to a certain value, so as to create the most suitable evaporation conditions. The moisture in the heat preservation of the body makes the moisture evaporation process in a reasonable state during the drying process.
4. The processing time of 110kV 63000KVA products can be controlled within 70-80 hours, which is more than 30% less than that of traditional hot air drying equipment.
5. The equipment adopts variable pressure regulation to effectively solve the problem of iron core rust during drying.
6. The level of equipment automation and product processing technology have reached the domestic advanced level, and the quality of processed products has reached the high-quality level of the same industry.
7. The equipment adopts manual control and automatic control. When automatic control is adopted, unattended automatic drying can be realized in the whole drying process.
