How to Solve the Abnormal Color of Product Heat Treated in Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace

The following are the methods to solve the abnormal product research caused by the heat treatment of vacuum heat treatment furnace based on many years of experience:
1. Whether the air inlet pipe of the vacuum heat treatment furnace has the problem of air leakage. Sometimes we test the pressure rise rate of the vacuum heat treatment furnace and it shows normal, but the air inlet pipe or valve of the vacuum heat treatment furnace has the existence of air leakage.This is also one of the reasons for the wrong color of the products processed by the vacuum heat treatment furnace.
2. Test whether the vacuum heat treatment furnace equipment itself has air leakage, which can be determined by the pressure rise rate index of the vacuum heat treatment furnace;Here we need to remind you that when testing the pressure rise rate, we must test the oven after cooling to room temperature, and can not open the door of the furnace and then vacuum test.
3. Test whether the purity of inert gas passed into the vacuum heat treatment furnace equipment is high or not. When the purity of inert gas is not enough, the oxygen mixed with it will lead to oxidation and decarbonization of the product, which will lead to discoloration of the product.The purity of the gas can be determined by direct testing or by comparative testing with other equipment.
4. The moisture in the vacuum heat treatment furnace equipment is attached to the inner wall of the vacuum furnace or the heat exchanger. It is difficult to discharge the moisture through the drying furnace.At this time, we can raise the vacuum furnace equipment to high temperature, stop heating, and then pass high purity inert gas into the furnace, and then start the fan circulation system, the use of high temperature and hot air in the vacuum heat treatment furnace will be attached to the wall of the vacuum heat treatment furnace and heat exchanger above the humidity baked out, so as to solve this problem.
Therefore, in order to determine the normal operation of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, we need to do the following checks:
1. Detection status: overtemperature alarm, overpressure alarm and water shortage alarm in degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber.
2. Detection parameters: the temperature value of the three temperature detection points in the degassing chamber, the heating chamber and the cooling chamber, the pressure value in the vacuum furnace, the vacuum degree in the furnace and other parameters.
3. Control the output: control the transmission organization to make the skip in the degassing room, heating room, cooling room between the transport, control the dispersion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump, the main valve, crude pumping valve, pre-stage valve and other valve action, to reach the required vacuum environment.
4. Heating set: after the operation of the temperature controller, and then adjust the heating power supply to change the temperature in the furnace.The temperature of each chamber is sampled by thermocouple, and the detected furnace temperature is compared with the temperature value required by the technology to calculate the error. The temperature control meter calculates the control amount of the error according to certain rules to control the heating current of the heating power supply panel, and then controls the temperature.
In order to realize the automatic control of the process of vacuum heat treatment furnace, the automatic control system needs to detect the vacuum degree, temperature parameters, technical operation parameters and conditions of the degassing chamber, heating chamber and cooling chamber, and ensure the control output of the technical temperature control requirements of each chamber.
