How to Install and Use Vacuum Furnace
1. Refer to the vacuum furnace layout, installation location and civil construction conditions provided by the drawings, select the permanent installation address of the equipment and carry out civil construction. The address of the device should be free from smoke and dust pollution, the environment should be clean, and the air should be dry. It should not be placed together with other equipment, and the room temperature should be kept at 10-35°C. The ground should be flat and clean.
2. When installing graphite electric heating elements and water-cooled electrodes:
Be extremely careful when handling graphite components to prevent damage.
The bolts must be tightened reliably to achieve good electrical contact. Do not use too much force to prevent the thread from breaking.
3. Position the vacuum system according to the vacuum system diagram, assemble and connect with the furnace body. When installing, apply a thin layer of vacuum grease to the O-ring seal, and tighten the flange evenly.
4. According to the water-cooling system diagram, connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the inlet and outlet of the furnace separately. The supply pressure is 0.1-0.15MPa, the temperature is not lower than 15℃, and the water source not higher than 30℃, it is best to supply circulating water. Water, anti-rust water.
5. Pneumatic air source with a minimum supply pressure of 0.5 MPa can be used with industrial nitrogen. If compressed air is used, the “three major pieces” of pneumatics (such as oil mist, pressure reducer, water separator) can be prepared.
6. Connect the pipeline to the refilling pipeline according to the diagram of the inflatable gas system, and advocate the supply of high-purity nitrogen with a purity of 99.99% to 99.999% as the inflatable gas.
7. Connect the power supply to the corresponding electrical contacts according to the electrical wiring diagram, check the power supply voltage, and connect the wires and cables between the control box, the power box and the furnace body.
8. Other parts of the device, including catheters, appearance of measuring instruments, etc.
9. Both the furnace body and the control box are grounded, and the grounding resistance is ≤4 ohms. The gauge cables of the exterior and the vacuum gauge should also be grounded.
