The high vacuum furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (including furnace lining), electric heating device, vacuum device (mechanical pump + diffusion pump + bellows + vacuum valve + digital vacuum meter + vacuum gauge + inlet and outlet valve + vacuum pipe), instrument temperature control system and other main parts.

The shell of the high vacuum furnace body is an outer frame structure, which is made of carbon steel by assembling and welding. This structure has the advantages of firmness, reliability, beautiful appearance, and not easy to deform in long-term high-temperature use.

The lining of high vacuum furnace is made with the special technology of all fiber of our company, which achieves good heat storage effect. Moreover, the construction of this product is convenient and fast, and it can be directly fixed on the inner layer of furnace shell. The furnace wall of the structure is solid and durable, with good energy-saving effect, light weight and reduced transportation difficulty. Compared with other products, it has the advantages of low heat conduction, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation.

The electric heating element of the electric heating device of the high vacuum furnace is high-quality resistance wire, which has good oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and high load, so as to ensure long-term use.

The overall control of the temperature control system of the high vacuum furnace instrument is completed by touch screen, with integrated circuit, intelligence and operation.

The high vacuum furnace temperature control system is equipped with a new type of furnace temperature automatic control system, which adopts a touch screen programmable temperature controller and one key operation. According to the set process curve, it can set the heating speed, temperature and precision, realize the automatic adjustment control of heating slope and time, display the theoretical value and measured value, and improve the control level and precision of temperature control. This control mode adapts the supplied heat to the heat absorption of the workpiece, which is more reasonable and saves energy. The temperature control system also has the function of over temperature alarm and power-off.

High vacuum furnace vacuum system, the vacuum tank is water-cooled, circulating water, convenient and efficient. The vacuum system is composed of mechanical pump + diffusion pump + bellows + vacuum valve + digital vacuum meter + inlet and outlet valve + vacuum pipe, with the maximum vacuum degree of 0.1 Pa.
