High Temperature Vacuum Furnace
The high temperature vacuum furnace can reach 2,000 degrees. It is a kind of heating equipment in vacuum. Today, we will introduce the high temperature vacuum furnace. High temperature vacuum furnace is a vacuum system in the specific space of the furnace chamber, which is carefully assembled by vacuum pumps, vacuum measuring devices, vacuum valves and other components to discharge some substances from the furnace chamber, so that the pressure in the furnace chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure, and the space in the furnace chamber realizes the vacuum state. This is the vacuum furnace. Industrial furnaces and experimental furnaces heated by electrothermal elements in near vacuum state. Pipeline is connected with high vacuum pump system in the furnace sealed by metal or quartz glass cover. Furnace vacuum can reach 133 x (10-2-10-4) Pa. The heating system in the furnace can be directly heated by electrified silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod, or by high frequency induction heating. It is mainly used for ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, degassing of electric vacuum parts, annealing, brazing of metal parts, and sealing of ceramics and metals.
1. It can eliminate the oxidation and decarbonization of the workpiece surface in the thermal process, and obtain clean surface without deterioration layer. For those tools that only grind one side when grinding, such as twist drill grinding, the decarburization layer on the groove surface is directly exposed to the edge, and the improvement of cutting performance is of great significance.

3. The accuracy of furnace temperature measurement and monitoring has been greatly improved. The indication value of the thermocouple and the furnace temperature are up to 1.5 C. However, the temperature difference in different parts of a large number of workpieces in the furnace is large. If the forced circulation of rarefied gas is adopted, the temperature difference can still be controlled within the range of (+5) C.
The high temperature vacuum furnace has a high degree of mechatronics. On the basis of improving the accuracy of temperature measurement and control, workpiece movement, air pressure regulation and power regulation can be programmed in advance, and quenching and tempering can be carried out step by step. Energy consumption is significantly lower than that of salt bath furnace. Modern advanced vacuum furnace heating chamber uses high quality insulation material to make insulation wall and barrier, which can highly concentrate the electric heating energy in the heating chamber, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
