Graphitization furnace for cathode material of lithium battery
Purpose: High temperature graphitization of cathode materials for lithium batteries.
Features:
Upper limit of temperature: 3000℃,
The usual temperature is 2900℃.
Working atmosphere: Vacuum displacement Ar2, N2 protection (micro positive pressure)
Temperature measurement: far infrared optical temperature measurement range 1000~3000℃ or 0~3000℃; Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.2~0.75%.
Furnace temperature uniformity: The equipment adopts medium frequency power induction heating, high efficiency, unique furnace design, greatly improve the uniformity of furnace temperature. Limit heating rate: 200℃/ min (empty furnace, depending on the volume of high temperature area and furnace structure), furnace temperature uniformity ±10℃, program control and manual control; Temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
Long service life of vulnerable parts: The bottom of the crucible is covered with high-strength hard composite felt to ensure that the graphite crucible is evenly stressed at high temperature, which is 1.3 times longer than the service life of similar products.
High safety: furnace explosion-proof valve design, safe and reliable.
Low energy consumption: double layer alumina insulation material, better insulation effect, prevent short circuit between carbon felt and coil, good heat insulation fireproof effect, small heat loss, fast heating rate.

1. Automatic temperature control, intuitive display of various parameter data on the touch screen, and perfect alarm and lockout stop protection device. Automatic control of water and electricity, easy to operate.
2, power ark adopts fully sealed structure, cabinet with water-cooled and air-cooled radiator, heat exchange with the outside air, advanced temperature control system, using imported digital intelligent temperature control table, and can implement the data communication with PLC, fully automatic high-precision complete process temperature control temperature, heating system according to the given temperature curve, and can store 20 article 400 different process heating curve.
3. The furnace body conversion adopts the high performance intermediate frequency converter specially designed by our company to avoid the bad contact phenomena such as lighting of traditional contactor.
4. According to the heating time and process requirements, a single power cabinet can be configured with multiple furnace bodies to realize the heating and cooling of a single furnace body separately, greatly improving the production efficiency.
