1. Fully automatic control, the touch screen can display all kinds of parameter data intuitively, and perfect alarm and lockout stop protection device. Automatic control of water and electricity, easy to operate.

2, power ark adopts fully sealed structure, cabinet with water-cooled and air-cooled radiator, heat exchange with the outside air, advanced temperature control system, using imported digital intelligent temperature control table, and can implement the data communication with PLC, automatic process of high precision temperature control, heating system according to the given temperature curve, and can store 20 article 400 different process heating curve.

3. Adopt closed inner circulation pure water cooling system; Digital flow monitoring system, each way of water by the flow meter monitoring protection.

4. The high-performance gas purifier developed and produced by The Chinese Academy of Sciences can reduce the oxygen content to 1PPMV and the dew point temperature to -70℃.

5. The furnace body conversion adopts the high performance intermediate frequency converter specially designed by our company to avoid the bad contact phenomena such as lighting of traditional contactor.

6. According to the heating time and process requirements, a single power cabinet can be configured with multiple furnace bodies to realize the heating and cooling of a single furnace body separately, greatly improving the production efficiency.
