Main features of vacuum gas quenching furnace products:
The vacuum gas quenching furnace uses zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating body, which can save 30% energy compared with the traditional W, Mo, graphite heating body.
The total power of the vacuum gas quenching furnace is small. Compared with the transformer of the traditional vacuum annealing furnace, the total power of the power supply is reduced by 30-40%. The input circuit and supporting investment of the power supply are greatly reduced.
The U-type heating element of vacuum gas quenching furnace has the characteristics of convenient installation and simple structure. The heating element is set on four sides (including furnace door) and bottom of furnace. The temperature uniformity of furnace is good by adopting five side heating and two temperature zone technology.
In the furnace of vacuum gas quenching furnace, there is a large effective charging space, a large amount of one-time material charging, a high single furnace output and a high unit production efficiency.
The vacuum gas quenching furnace is equipped with two or three temperature control sensors, which has high temperature control accuracy. After the materials are stacked in the furnace, it can still ensure that the materials stacked in different directions are evenly heated, and the product quality is significantly improved. Product structure and composition of vacuum gas quenching furnace:
The main machine of vacuum gas quenching furnace is vertical, single chamber and front door opening structure. The furnace body and cover are of double wall water-cooled structure. The inner wall of the furnace body is made of high-quality carbon steel, the outer wall is made of carbon steel rolled and welded, and the front end face is welded with the flange. The furnace door is connected with the furnace body through a hydraulic (or pneumatic) locking and sealing structure.
The heating chamber (furnace tank) of vacuum gas quenching furnace is all metal radiation screen, which is composed of heat insulation layer, heating element and material table. The thermal insulation layer is a cylinder structure composed of one layer of molybdenum plate and four layers of stainless steel plate. There is a certain interval between each layer. The outer layer adopts special thermal insulation design technology and is fixed on the heating chamber frame composed of stainless steel plate and angle steel ring.
The heating element of the vacuum gas quenching furnace is heated by the zirconium diboride composite ceramic heater invented by sigma. Compared with the traditional W, Mo and graphite heaters, the energy saving is 30%. The heater is insulated by ceramic parts. It is arranged in a cylinder type, with uniform heating and small heat loss. It can be disassembled separately and replaced easily when damaged.
The U-type heating element of vacuum gas quenching furnace has the characteristics of convenient installation and simple structure. The heating element is set on four sides and bottom of the furnace. The heating element is set on the back of the furnace and on the furnace door. The five side heating and two temperature zone technology are adopted, and the temperature uniformity of the furnace is good.
The charging table of vacuum gas quenching furnace is composed of molybdenum pillar, molybdenum hearth and heat-resistant steel plate.
Hg-150 mechanical pump, zjp-1200 roots pump, DN250 vacuum butterfly valve installed on the evacuation pipeline, bellows connection, vacuum gauge pipe and its accessories are used in the vacuum system of vacuum gas quenching furnace. The selection of vacuum unit has sufficient reserve capacity, which ensures the rapid evacuation of the system and shortens the production cycle.
The electric control system of vacuum gas quenching furnace consists of two parts: temperature program control composed of industrial LCD touch screen, PLC, silicon controlled voltage regulator and intelligent instrument, and mechanical action program control composed of programmable controller. It can realize: industrial computer operation, man-machine interface dialogue window, automatic / manual barrier free switching, 50 section temperature programmable control, paperless record of historical data and temperature rise curve, vacuum degree, water pressure, over temperature, over-current and other alarms and interlock protection.
The temperature control of vacuum gas quenching furnace can be selected from domestic PID temperature controller or imported PID temperature controller with accuracy of 0.1 level
The vacuum degree of the vacuum gas quenching furnace is controlled. The vacuum degree is measured continuously from atmosphere to high vacuum. The upper, middle and lower points can be set arbitrarily in the measuring range to realize the point control or area control of the partial pressure.
For measuring thermocouples of vacuum gas quenching furnace, two heating systems or three independent heating systems, two or three temperature controlled thermocouples and one alarm thermocouple can be set.
The vacuum gas quenching furnace is equipped with a nine point temperature measuring hole cover for the detection of furnace temperature uniformity.
Safety function of vacuum gas quenching furnace: it has water cut, over temperature, over pressure, over current, phase loss and above abnormal conditions. The system has sound and light alarm prompt and corresponding interlock protection. The system has self diagnosis function.
Air charging system of vacuum gas quenching furnace: optional air charging system, which is composed of gas gathering pipeline, fast charging system and micro charging system. The quick charging system uses the pneumatic charging valve with large diameter to complete the quick charging of the vacuum furnace. In case of rapid cooling, inflate to 0.6bar first, then start the air-conditioner fan, and then inflate to the set pressure when the fan operates normally. The air cooling pressure is adjustable from 0.6 to 2 bar. The micro charging system is composed of manual stop valve, solenoid valve, fine adjustment valve, etc. This system can be used to adjust and control the vacuum degree in the furnace during the heating process, so as to prevent the volatilization of some metal elements due to the high vacuum in the furnace. The gas gathering pipeline is composed of a high-pressure hose and a manual switch, which is connected with a gas cylinder and can directly supply air to a vacuum furnace or a gas storage tank.
Air cooling system of vacuum gas quenching furnace: when the workpiece needs rapid cooling after the completion of heat preservation, start the fan at the back of the furnace body. After the gas is cooled inside and outside the heating room by an efficient heat exchanger, uniform cooling effect is obtained, tempering cooling time is shortened, and production efficiency is improved.
Water cooling system of vacuum gas quenching furnace: cooling water is required for furnace body, furnace door, vacuum unit, water-cooled electrode, etc. The system is distributed to each cooling part by the main water supply pipe, and finally flows back to the closed return pipe. The water system pipeline is installed with ball valve, vertical water flow meter, water pressure meter, water pipe, etc.
Pneumatic system of vacuum air quenching furnace: it is composed of pneumatic triplet (water remover, pressure gauge, oil mist device), electromagnetic reversing valve and pipeline, etc. It can provide clean compressed air for pneumatic actuator (such as cylinder, charging valve, vacuum valve, etc.).
Outside charging car of vacuum gas quenching furnace: transfer the workpiece inside and outside the furnace through lifting furnace bottom and external guide rail.
