The furnace body mainly includes the furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace pot, heater, furnace cover, stirring fan, lifting mechanism and cooling fan.
The furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel; the furnace lining is made of JN type ultra-light refractory bricks, aluminum silicate fiber and high-quality thermal insulation materials to form a composite furnace lining, and the furnace tank is welded by high-strength heat-resistant steel plates; The powerful stirring fan driven by the hermetic motor has excellent sealing performance, which makes it possible to implement pressure nitriding in the blast furnace. It is also equipped with an exhaust pipe. The furnace tank is sealed with silicone rubber; the heater is made of high-alloy resistance wire; the lifting mechanism is driven by the motor to drive the worm gear reducer; the upper and lower furnace bodies are equipped with air ducts for rapid cooling to improve work efficiency.
The electronic control part mainly includes three parts: temperature control, operation and air control. The temperature control adopts intelligent temperature control instrument control, and is also equipped with a paperless recorder to record the complete process curve, and can alarm over temperature; the operation adopts buttons and light display to realize fan operation, heater on and off, and furnace cover lifting and other actions The control of this furnace type is equipped with PID adjustment control cabinet. The gas control is an optional accessory, and the nitrogen potential controller and hydrogenation analyzer of Beijing Pite can be used to realize the complete automatic control of the nitrogen potential in the furnace by the computer.
Gas Nitriding Process
Ammonia gas is introduced into the stainless steel vacuum sealed tank in the gas nitriding furnace, heated to 520°C, and maintained for an appropriate time. According to the material of the workpiece and the requirements of the layer, the nitrogen-containing strengthening layer can be obtained on the surface of the nitriding workpiece. High hardness, high wear resistance, high fatigue limit and good wear resistance.
Operation method
1. The mold before nitriding must be a workpiece that has been normalized or quenched and tempered.
2. Use gasoline and alcohol to scrub the surface of the workpiece first, and there must be no rust spots, oil stains, and dirt.
3. After loading into the furnace, tighten the furnace cover pressing bolts symmetrically.
4 Pour cooling water into the furnace pot and furnace lid water inlet for circulating water cooling. The lower end of the outer water jacket of the furnace cover is for water inlet and the upper end is for water outlet. The furnace tank is separately fed in and drained separately. All water pipes in the furnace cover can be connected in series according to the principle of low inlet and high outlet, with one inlet for water and one outlet for drainage. .
5. Nitrogen gas should be sent for exhaust before heating up, and the flow rate during exhaust should be more than twice as large as in use. After exhausting for 10 minutes, set the temperature control instrument to 150C, turn on the automatic heating switch, heat 150C while exhausting, keep the exhaust for 2h, then set the temperature control instrument to 530C, and reduce the ammonia flow , Maintain positive pressure in the furnace, and there is a small upward pressure at the exhaust port. When the furnace temperature rises to 530C, constant temperature and constant flow nitriding for 3-20h, and then increase the ammonia pressure to keep the exhaust at a moderate pressure , Nitriding 4-70h, then reduce the ammonia pressure, denitrogenation for 1-2h, cut off the power, stop heating, give a small amount of ammonia to maintain positive pressure in the furnace, and stop supplying after the furnace temperature drops below 150C Ammonia is out of the oven.
