1. Function of Annealing Furnace

2. Working Principle of Annealing Furnace:
Through the circulation of fans, the temperature distribution in the furnace cavity of the annealing furnace is even. The two furnace chambers of the annealing furnace can be operated independently, which improves the annealing efficiency. There are two fans in each furnace cavity, but there is no air filter device. , There is a discrepancy with the actual situation. The temperature distribution in the furnace is uniform through fan circulation, and the microstructure of the film material is reorganized through heat treatment to improve stability and conversion efficiency. Heat the casting to about 950℃, keep it warm for a certain period of time and then cool it appropriately to eliminate the internal stress of steel castings and welded parts. For steel products, the temperature at which austenite begins to form after heating is 100-200℃, and the internal stress can be eliminated by cooling in the air after holding the temperature.
3. Function of Vacuum Annealing Furnace:

After treatment, the surface of the product is smooth, non-oxidizing, non-decarburizing. 4. Working Principle of Vacuum Annealing Furnace:
The heating chamber uses a stainless steel frame, and the heat shield is a multilayer graphite felt, which has a long service life and easy maintenance. The graphite tube heater is used, which is easy to install and maintain, and has a low failure rate. The air-cooling system consists of a high-power high-speed motor, a large air volume and high-pressure impeller, a volute and a deflector, a copper tube and copper string heat exchanger and a guide device, etc., which can realize the air flow with a heat exchanger-fan-guide device- Workpiece-heat exchanger high-speed circulation, so that the work piece can be quickly and evenly cooled. The heating chamber can also adopt an all-metal structure. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize three control modes: automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and the operation is flexible.
