Experimental graphitization furnace
Application: it is used for high temperature treatment and graphitization of carbon material structural parts (products), C / C composite materials products, carbon fiber products, burning stone inking of carbon fiber filament and other materials that can be sintered and melted in carbon environment.
The experimental graphitization furnace is a kind of high-performance intelligent heating furnace developed by engineering and technical personnel of our factory, which digests and absorbs foreign temperature measurement, temperature control technology, intelligent, new material technology and furnace design technology. It is suitable for high temperature treatment (carbonization, graphitization, high temperature degassing, impurity removal, etc.) under vacuum or gas protection.
Characteristic:
(1) The furnace body can reach 3200 ℃ and the common temperature is 3000 ℃. It can meet the sintering and graphitization of various materials.
(2) Digital display intelligent temperature control system is adopted to realize automatic and high-precision temperature control process. The system can raise temperature according to the given heating curve and store 40 heating curves with 200 sections in total.
(3) Internal circulation pure water cooling system and digital flow monitoring system are adopted.
(4) Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas automatic control and protection system.
