1)A and B are mixing tanks used for stirring and degassing epoxy resin and curing agent.Double structure, from the bottom of hot water to the top irrigation circulation flow.The temperature of A and B tanks must be well controlled, because the temperature is too low to degasse well, and the material will solidify if the temperature is too high.
2)After degassing is completed, the metering pump shall, according to a certain metering, gather the epoxy resin and curing agent of tank A,B to the top end of tank C for mixing respectively through pipelines, and then flow into each transformer coil through the connected pipeline until the transformer coil grinding tool is filled with mixed materials.
