Emergency method of vacuum furnace in case of failure

The inevitable emergency occurs in the use of the vacuum furnace. The operator should not be surprised, but should calmly take some emergency measures to ban it before the event. How to deal with the emergency?

1、 When the heating chamber is heated and the power is cut off
1. Turn off the total power of the equipment immediately;
2. Close the vacuum valve of each pipeline to prevent air from entering the vacuum furnace;
3. Use high-purity nitrogen to 6.6 × 10-4 for heating chamber ventilation to cool down the furnace as soon as possible. At the same time, stabilize the hand and ventilate to the cooling chamber in advance to press the hot gate valve;
4. If reclaimed water is used for cooling and water supply, standby water (tap water or reservoir) should be used.

2、 When the heating chamber is heating water
1. Cut off the heating power supply immediately;
2. Start standby water;
3. Transfer the workpiece from the heating chamber to the cooling chamber, and charge nitrogen to cool the components quickly;
4. Fill the high-purity nitrogen and heat the chamber to make it quickly cool below 150.

3、 When the heating chamber was heated, there was a partial leak in Russia
1. Immediately block the leakage position with vacuum cement;
2. Cut off the heating power supply immediately;
3. The heating chamber is immediately filled with high-purity nitrogen to make the pressure in front of the furnace close to the first level, so as to reduce air infiltration.

4、 Flow operation
1. If there is no water or insufficient water pressure for a short time, there can be an audible and visual alarm system, but it will not affect the work, and it can continue to work under normal conditions
