1. The main technical requirements are as follows
The effective dimensions of the die casting tank are: φ 2400mm x 3000mm (horizontal); effective volume of final mixing tank: 400L
The equipment is applicable to the two-component epoxy resin formula with filler. The ratio of resin (or cured material) + filler shall not exceed 1:1.3-1.6, and the viscosity of the mixture shall not exceed 4000 centipoise. (if the mixture does not meet the requirements or there is no filler, the special design shall be reported in advance).
