1. 4. Using high-precision oxygen analyzer to provide advanced means for real-time and accurate measurement of atmosphere in aluminum brazing furnace;

5. The spray device is simple in design and convenient in use. The nozzle ensures that the flux spray on the brazed workpiece is sufficient and even; the air blower ensures that the surplus flux spray on the brazed workpiece is blown clean;

6. The drying furnace has large heating capacity and high circulating wind speed in the furnace, so as to ensure that the workpiece entering the brazing furnace is free of any moisture that endangers the brazing quality;

7. The water cooling area of the brazing furnace ensures that the cooling temperature of the aluminum brazing process can be controlled, meets the requirements of the process curve, and ensures the fine and dense metallographic structure of the workpiece brazing weld;

8. The blower in the air cooling room has strong air cooling capacity, small vibration and low noise, which can protect the working environment of the operators to the greatest extent clean and comfortable;
